VME MIPS Real-Time I/O Processor

Masters provides both R3000 and R4000 series MIPS RISC processor based VME single board computers. Installed in SGI host machines with a VME I/O bus these products provide enhanced real-time processing for applications requiring frame-times through to less than 1 milli-second. WIth the ability to directly access the SGI host global memory these I/O accelerators can also perform complete management of a VME I/O system for an IRIX application.

Masters can supply integrated solutions including the VxWorks operating system and IRIX host based development tools; including C, C++, ADA and Fortran IRIX hosted complilers for the MIPS/VxWorks embedded target.
